Use
Remove the pad from the packaging and peel off the tab to reveal the adhesive strip
Fold the pad lengthways to create a ‘bowl’ shape
Position the wider part of the pad upwards
Place the pad in snug fitting underwear (not boxer shorts), so that the adhesive strip affixes to the inside front.
Don’t place one pad inside another, this will NOT increase absorbency
Never use talc powder and only use creams sparingly if necessary
