The range covers the knee, ankle, wrist, elbow and back, mostly from Physiologix and Medicare Sport, in pull-on elasticated sleeves and adjustable one-size designs. Physiologix grades each support as Essential, Advanced or Ultimate, for mild, moderate or firm support and compression, and shows the level on the pack.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eElasticated sleeves are quick to pull on for a training session, while adjustable designs let you fine-tune how firm the support feels. Size matters as much as level, so measure around the joint as shown on the pack, because a support that is too tight can restrict circulation and one that is too loose will slip.
