Anusol HC Suppositories contain hydrocortisone which reduces inflammation, and therefore eases the pain and discomfort of haemorrhoids (piles). Anusol HC also contains active ingredients to soothe the itch and irritation associated with haemorrhoids.
Directions
Adults: Gently clean and dry the anal area. Pull apart plastic cover and peel back to expose the suppository. Insert one suppository into the anus at night, in the morning and after each bowel movement, up to a maximum of three a day or as prescribed. Do not use for more than 7 consecutive days.
Children under 18 years: Not recommended.
Do not use in pregnancy without medical advice. If you continually suffer from haemorrhoids, if the condition is not improved, or if rectal bleeding occurs, consult your doctor.
Active ingredients: Each suppository contains: Hydrocortisone acetate 10 mg, Benzyl benzoate 33 mg, Bismuth oxide 24 mg, Bismuth subgallate 59 mg, Balsam Peru 49 mg, Zinc oxide 296 mg. Also contains Hard fat, kaolin light.
Keep out of the sight and reach of children.
Do not store above 25°C.
For rectal use, not to be taken orally.
