It also brings down fever (high temperature).\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eIt is an off-white, strawberry flavoured liquid with no added sugar and no added colours, and a double-ended measuring spoon (2.5 ml and 5 ml) is supplied in the pack so the dose can be measured accurately. Shake the bottle well and follow the dose on the pack for your child's age. It is not recommended for children under 6 years old; your pharmacist can advise on a suitable product for a younger child. Do not give it at the same time as any other medicine containing paracetamol, and talk to a doctor if your child does not feel better after 3 days.
