It is a smooth, white, water-in-oil cream with a lavender scent. Its main active ingredient is zinc oxide, which has astringent, soothing and protective properties, together with benzyl alcohol, benzyl benzoate, benzyl cinnamate and lanolin. This is the 30g tube with a flip-top cap.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eApply a thin layer to the affected skin, with a suitable covering where necessary, and reapply as required. The same directions apply to adults, children and the elderly. The cream is for external use only and should be kept away from the eyes and mucous membranes. Do not use it if you are allergic to any of the ingredients, and do not use it on babies under 4 weeks old with open wounds or large areas of broken or damaged skin, such as burns. Some of the other ingredients (sodium benzoate, propylene glycol and butylated hydroxyanisole) can occasionally cause local skin reactions. If the skin does not improve or gets worse, consult a doctor.
