According to the leaflet, levomenthol and camphor calm a cough, eucalyptus oil and levomenthol relieve a blocked nose, and eucalyptus oil relieves catarrh.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eFor adults and children over 2 years, it is rubbed onto the chest and back, with clothing left loose so the vapours can be breathed in. Adults and children over 6 years can also use it as an inhalation in a bowl of hot (not boiling) water, keeping a safe distance to avoid burns from the hot vapours; children should always be supervised, and the mixture must never be heated or reheated in a microwave. Do not use it on children under 2, on broken skin, wounds or mucous membranes, or directly on the nostrils, eyes, mouth or face, and do not swallow it, bandage tightly or use it with a heat wrap. Do not smoke or go near naked flames while using it, because fabric that has been in contact with the product burns more easily.
