Directions for use: Clean and dry the forehead before use, the patch may not adhere if the skin is wet. Only use one patch per application and dispose of it correctly after use. The patches are single use only. Do not reuse the patch. To enhance the cooling effect place the patch in a refridgerator before use - DO NOT PLACE IN FREEZER. Use the patch promptly after opening. A patch can be cut to any size. Do not use if the packaging or patch is open or damaged.
A. Tear the pouch open at the indented point when ready to use
B. Peel away the protective film to reveal adhesive side
C. Place the adhesive surface of the patch on the forehead. The patch should adhere firmly to the skin.

Caution: For external use only. Do not use around the eyes, mucous membranes or skin affected by eczema, rash or wounds.
