RETURNS & REFUNDS

We aim for you to be 100% happy with your order and in the unlikely event of any breakages/damage, this should be reported within 24 hours of purchase/delivery.
If you need to remove/add items to or from your order or cancel it completely, please contact us for advice on Phone +353 (0) 66 7128222 between 9am and 6pm, Monday to Friday and 9am and 2pm on Saturdays or email us anytime on info@leahyspharmacytralee.ie - please quote your order number and order date and we will do our best to accomodate you provided your order has not been dispatched.
No amendments may be made to orders that have been dispatched, and you unfortunately will have to place another order online.
When you purchase online, you have a statutory right to return a product up to 14 days after your order has been delivered (cooling off period). Please note that delivery charges are not covered by this and may be chargeable.
Please note that outside of this time period, bulky items eg breastpumps and other items, may be subject to a restocking charge of €20 in addition to delivery charges where these have been waived - this does not affect your statutory rights.
Please package all returns carefully as unfortunately any goods damaged in transit cannot be refunded.
