What is it
Sona Magnesium tablets have been formulated to help reduce tiredness and fatigue. These sona tables contain the highest quality of magnesium which works by supporting and maintaining a normal energy metabolism and normal maintenance level of bones and teeth.

Dosage
Adults. Take ONE tablet daily with the main meal of the day or as directed by your health professional.

Warnings and Cautions
Do not exceed recommended dosage. Store at ambient temperature below 25°C, out of direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children. A supplement is not a replacement for a healthy diet.
