Nicorette Freshfruit Gum 4mg 105 Pieces
Nicorette Freshfruit Gum 4mg is a fruit-flavoured medicated chewing gum and a form of nicotine replacement therapy (NRT). It relieves withdrawal symptoms and reduces cravings for nicotine when you try to stop smoking, or while you cut down the number of cigarettes you smoke on the way to stopping. It can also be used to relieve cravings when you cannot smoke, such as in smoke-free areas. Nicorette Gum is meant to help you give up, not to replace smoking.
This strength is for adults aged 18 and over who smoke more than 20 cigarettes a day. Use the Nicorette chewing technique described in the leaflet: chew slowly until the taste is strong, rest the gum between your gum and cheek, then chew again when the taste fades, for about 30 minutes. Use one piece at a time and do not use more than 15 pieces a day. When you start reducing, the 2mg gum may help you come off treatment. Do not use it if you are a non-smoker, or if you are pregnant or breastfeeding unless your doctor advises it. Talk to our pharmacist or your doctor before use if you have heart disease, high blood pressure, poor circulation, a stomach ulcer, liver or kidney disease, an overactive thyroid, diabetes or a history of seizures, or if you take other medicines. The freshfruit gum contains no sucrose or sorbitol and should be stored in its original package to protect it from light.
