Medicare LifeSense A1 Blood Pressure Monitor is an automatic upper arm blood pressure monitor for home use.

- How to use: Avoid smoking, exercise, caffeine and alcohol for 30 minutes beforehand. Sit and rest for 5 minutes with your feet flat on the floor and your arm supported, position the bottom of the cuff just above the elbow crease and press start. Readings are usually taken twice daily, in the morning and in the evening.
